All information and financial data that may serve in the investors’ decision-making process are presented in the Prospectus, prepared in accordance with the EU Prospectus Directive and approved by the Autoriteit Financiële Markten (the “AFM”), the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets. The Prospectus, along with its summaries in Czech, Slovak and Polish, has been passported to the respective regulators of the individual markets: the Czech National Bank (ČNB), the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and the Slovak National Bank (NBS).
