As of April 1st, 2011 Milan Aľakša has been appointed as new general manager of Fortuna SK, a.s. He is joining the group from insurance company Dôvera, a.s., where he worked as Head of Health Insurance Sales. He also gained strong sales and managerial experience from banking sector.

Milan Aľakša (39) holds a degree from the University of Economics in Bratislava, faculty of business management.

In Dôvera he was responsible for extensive branch network and sales since 2008. Mr. Aľakša also managed branch network as deputy director for retail banking in Poštová banka a.s. which he joined in May 2005 from GE Capital Multiservis, k.s.

In the office of general manager Fortuna SK, a.s., he replaces Marek Biely who decided to resign from the post in the company.

Additional changes in the Board of Directors of Fortuna SK, a.s. as at March 31 2011: Marek Biely and Eva Lakomá ceased to be members of the Board of Directors of Fortuna SK, a.s. and they were replaced by newly appointed Milan Aľakša and Jiři Bunda. Departing member of the Supervisory Board of Fortuna SK, a.s. Aleš Dobeš has been replaced by Michal Vepřek.
