Fortuna Entertainment Group shares debut on the stock exchange in Warsaw

WARSAW (October 28th, 2010) Fortuna Entertainment Group NV shares debuted today on the stock exchange in Warsaw. The opening price was PLN 16.98 and was almost equal to the Offer Price. The Company's shares debuted also on the stock exchange in Prague on October 22nd 2010 (conditional listing) and since October 27th 2010 the company's shares are being traded on a regular basis on the Prague Stock Exchange. 

The final pricing of Sale Shares and New Shares was announced on October 21st at EUR 4.30 per share which is slightly below the maximum price. The size of the Offering, including shares subject to the Over-Allotment Option, amounts to EUR 78.26 mil. The interest and demand positively surprised the company. 

A total of 18.200.000 Offer Shares of the Company have been allotted in the base offering, including 2.000.000 newly issued shares, which represents 35% of the issued capital of Fortuna. The total capitalization of the Company, including the issue of New Shares, calculated on the basis of Offer Price amounted to EUR 223.6 million.

Demand for shares in the entire Offering exceeded the value of the offered shares nearly twice.

Jozef Janov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fortuna Entertainment Group: "Fortuna is the first Penta Investments’ company which debuted on the stock market. We consider entering the stock exchange with other Companies from our portfolio over the next few years. Penta has retained a considerable stake of Fortuna which will enable us to benefit from its further development. Fortuna offers a very attractive dividend policy, which assumes payment of 70-100% of the net profit".

Fortuna intends to use the net proceeds of the sale to launch a lottery project in the Czech Republic.

Fortuna Entertainment Group – Basic Information
